The off-street parking
requirements for the
Lakeview Single-Family
Residential District shall
comply with the general
parking standards in Article
15, subject to the following
modifications:
1.
All single-family residences
shall require one (1)
off-street parking space.
Two-family residences shall
require one (1) off-street
parking space per dwelling
unit.
2.
No parking shall be allowed
in the required front yard
setback.
3.
Curved, circular or square
driveways in the front yard
setback area shall be
prohibited. The maximum area
of impervious paving in the
front yard setback shall not
exceed forty (40) percent of
the required front yard
area.
4.
All single- and two-family
residences having rear alley
access shall be prohibited
from having front facing
garages, carports, and/or
parking areas, and curb cuts
in or to the front yards.
All single- and two-family
residences having no
rear-alley access shall be
permitted to have front
facing garages and or
parking areas but such front
facing garages or parking
areas, whether or not they
are connected to the main
structure, must be at least
five feet beyond the
existing front yard setback.
