host
"Rebuild
Lakeview
Day" on
Saturday,
June
27.
This
event is
being
held to
provide
a second
Town
Hall
forum to
answer
questions
about
the Lot
Next
Door
Plan and
Lakeview's
Phase
Two
program,
as well
as to
provide
access
to a
number
of
companies
and
service
providers
that new
property
owners
may need
to help
them
build or
renovate
a home,
or
expand
their
existing
properties.
We
expect
to have
a full
array of
architects,
builders,
real
estate
professionals,
banks,
title
companies,
landscape
designers,
fence
builders,
etc.,
all of
whom
will be
available
to
discuss
the
needs of
people
acquiring
property
in
Lakeview.
We also
will
have
representatives
from
LCIA's
Zoning
Committee
to
answer
questions
as well
as
someone
from our
Assessor's
office
to
answer
homestead
exemption
and
property
tax
questions.
Those not
interested
in
buying
a
NORA
property,
but
are
considering
property
improvements
in
Lakeview,
we
invite
you
to
join
us
to
visit
with
the
service
providers
who
will
participate.
We
are
very
pleased
with
the
strong
response
we
have
received
about
acquiring
the
NORA
(Road
Home)
properties
in
our
neighborhood
and
encourage
everyone
interested
to
join
us
on
June
27th
to
address
any
remaining
questions
and
to
visit
with
the
service
providers
who
will
participate.
